NeoEE is a single-poly embedded memory device offering the industry’s lowest NVM implementation cost at 100K program /erase cycles.

Introduction
NeoEE performs the electrically erase operation for max. 16K bits memory density and serves as a true rewritable memory technology up to 100K P/E cycling with zero additional masking layer. Byte Write functionality will also be incorporated into NeoEE IP to replace external EEPROM solutions by maximizing system package space and cutting down package cost.
High speed programming or low power application is feasible by using NeoEE technology depending on customer’s requirement.
Technical Principles
NeoEE is a derivative of NeoBit which uses 2T PMOS (1SG+1FG) for program, and 1 capacitive coupled Gox for erase..

Benefits
The advantages that NeoEE can deliver to the foundries and IDMs are not only IP porting to CMOS logic process and derivatives seamlessly, but also rewrite boosting NVM’s functionality and yield testability to secure quality when compared to poly e-fuse or other oxide rupture solutions. Process or device turning is not required and faster wafer cycling time is secured for embedded NVM products. For fab-less companies, NeoEE technology can deliver NVM block in system/in field programmability, achieving highly reliable quality, endurance and data retentivity over 10 years at 85°C without any extra manufacturing cost.
Applications
NeoEE has a broad range of applications including recording user preference settings in IC cards, code storage in RFIC, fuse devices in memory redundancy designs, and trimming for analog/RF circuits. The core functionality of NeoEE technology makes it ideal for system parameters setting between different chips in a single system, making NeoEE an ideal replacement for traditional external SPI flash and EEPROM.
NeoEE Products
NeoEE is a new NVM technology in eMemory. The technology is developing at 1st IP stage, Flash HE (High Endurance) series. The first IP will be generated in 0.18um process with 1.8V/3.3V device.
Support
NeoEE is currently being developed in conjunction with one of the industry’s leading foundries. With eMemory's full technical support and foundry-guaranteed quality, incorporating NeoEE IP into an IC design will be exceptionally quick and reliable.
